Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know so that we can discuss possibilities. Normally you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return shipping must be payed by customer and depending on the situation and reason, after returned item is accepted and processed buy our warehouse, you can ask for new product, coupon code with the amount of previous order or full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To return item customer can use the address written on the package.

!It is important to mention again that it is  possible to ask for coupon code with the purchase amount or ask us for the new order delivery after returning back your purchased goods..

Refunds

If one of below-mentioned circumstances were met, we will refund your money fully.

  • If purchased products are provably damaged
  • If your order does not arrive within 45 business days
  • Sent order was wrong.

In case of any of these circumstances please contact us with the evidence and proof of circumstance. Then We will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your request.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on PayPal policies.

Sale items are non refundable!

!It is also possible to ask for coupon code with the purchase amount and keep the old purchase with you if product is damaged.

Shipping

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
