Where do you ship ? What is your shipping method and How long does shipping take?

JeWatch team are normally using standard shipping method. If you need urgent and important delivery please contact us so that we can sort out express shipping methods.

We ship worldwide and our Standard shipping method usually takes around 10 to 15 business days. Considering that during last 1-2 year all countries enforcing high security measures in their customs and border controls, it is important to note that orders may take up to 30 business days depending on the country and address.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

We take customer service very serious and in these regards we kindly ask you to contact us if you did not receive your order within 45 business days, so that we can arrange new order delivery or start refund process.

I have ordered multiple items but did not receive all of them

It is important to note that we process and ship multiple goods separately to avoid any possible warehouse and customs delay.  This may result in a different arrival time for different packages.
